Yes you need a license. Go to your town's clerk office and they will tell you exactly what type of license is required in your municipality. Good new is it will probably cost you about $85. PS. Ask your Secretary of State / Division of Corporations how to register as a DBA (unless you want to just do business in your own name). As for the vending machine license, call the town clerk or city hall where you live and ask who to speak to about vending machine licenses. Maybe you need one, maybe you don't.
