  Federal Government has to get their nose into a independent State Law such as the canabis one. If legalized and decrimilized, the will be no profit in it any more. The Federal govern. doens’t want that. There is big money for the courts , lawyers, Prisons, Juvenile halls. All are private business, and while canabis is illegal, it creates a monumental profit for the bureacrats and governments.

  I’m not saying marijuana is completely benign or for children (unless authorized by a doctor) but if marijuana wasn’t a relatively safe and effective medication do you think The American College of Physicians, 124,000 strong, would release a position paper endorsing medical marijuana in Feb 08.
